NSF CCIs Celebrate 45th Anniversary of SACNAS

The Director of Education, Outreach, and Diversity, Danielle Watt, partnered with the other NSF Centers for Chemical Innovation to host a booth to recruit students for summer research at the 45th Anniversity of SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference on Oct. 10-13, 2018 in San Antonio, TX.

Danielle conducted a professional development workshop with Dr. Lloyd Munjanja on drafting a Strong Diversity Statement. Our 2018 REU fellow, Miranda Chavez, presented her research with Prof. Eric Potma on the Diffusion of Cryopreservatives in Cells Probed with Vibrational Microscopy.
