During National Chemistry Week, CaSTL EOD, Danielle Watt, and UCI neuroscience grad student, Angeline Eugene, conducted hands-on activities with 4-5th graders at the second annual STEM Fun Day at Friendship Baptist Church. To complement this year's theme of "Chemistry is out of this World", students learned how Chemistry at the "Space"-Time Limit use light to study the interaction of molecules and they used a hand-made spectrometer to investigate the properties of different light sources.
